 graphviz and graphviz-devel should use the gd2 port again instead of the
 internal copy of the gd library.

 graphviz used to use the gd2 port but was changed to use the internal gd
 library in r22701 after gd2 was updated from 2.0.33 to 2.0.34 in r22600,
 which broke graphviz 2.12. A fix was applied to the Graphviz sources in
 2.13.20070309.0540 so as of version 2.14 we can again use the gd2 port.

 Graphviz developer John Ellson recommends we do this, as they

 interest/2009q1/005985.html do not plan to keep the internal copy of gd
 updated] any longer.
