 I've the same yesterday with no success on my Intel Mac mini 10.4.11. Now
 I'M back to the X11 version but I will try any possible hint.

 So I see no confirmation that my problem has been solved. I've tried it
 several times but it didn't work. I'd even offer an account on my machine
 to test the problem.
