 Where the hell is the input prompt?  This version of wxMaxima doesn't
 prompt with the usual (%N) input prompt, what's up with that?  The
 application appears to be running well enough, but I'm unable to use it
 without an input prompt.  What the hell am I missing here?  I'm running
 OSX 10.5.5 with an English locale.
