 Please find below a new Portfile.  I stumbled on this little utility that
 takes generic commands and generates LaTeX commands in several formats
 (PSTricks, PGF, etc.) that themselves generate figures.

 I believe it should be in category 'tex', since it won't really be useful
 without a working LaTeX system.
