Comment:

 You appear to have a very old version of apr installed which is causing
 the problem.

 Please do the following

 port sync
 port -f uninstall apr apr-util subversion
 port clean --all apr apr-util subversion
 port -dv install subversion

 and attach the output (and re-open this ticket) if you are still having a
 problem.
