 Is that the full output?

 If so, it looks like you didn't clean subversion before rebuilding again.
 It's trying to link with an old version of libaprutil.

 If not, could you clean and re-run the build and attach the full output
 (including the configure stage). Could you also list which
 versions/variants of apr and apr-util you have installed?
