Comment:

 I've added an variant "system_x11" to the gwyddion Portfile, so people
 with tiger can use the
 3D features of gwyddion again - for the other variants I've removed the
 gtkglext-dependency.

 Since this is more an nug in the interplay with gwyddion and gtkglext and
 x-windows, I've added
 jeremy hu to the cc (perhaps he have some suggestions)
