Comment:

 The gstreamer dependencies are not linked into libschroedinger itself but
 are used to build a schroedinger plugin for
 gstreamer.

 Changes committed in r47302 to disable building of the gstreamer plugin by
 default and new variant +gstreamer added to enable
 building of the plugin if desired.
