 building of avarice fails if libz is not pulled in explicitly. Adding -lz
 to LIBS in the Makefile (after configuring) makes avarice install
 correctly. I don't know how to do this in the Portfile, it should be
 possible by supplying a different LDFLAGS environment variable to
 configure.
