 This issue has not been addressed in quite some time.  Those ports relying
 on gcc34 have had enough time to get fixed.  obviously nobody cares enough
 about them to do that, so maybe we should start nuking them out:

 algae
 mipsel-linux-uclib
 p5-extutils-f77
 py-scipy03
 mercury
