r44881: I changed php5 and php5-devel to no longer attempt to include ODBC
support on Mac OS X 10.3 or earlier. That seems to be the least-intrusive
change, since it changes nothing for users of Mac OS X 10.4 and higher. If
someone running 10.3 or earlier needs ODBC support, or if someone running
any version of Mac OS X has information about changing the ODBC support to
use a port instead of a system library, please let me know.
