Comment:

 I've updated the Portfile to use use_lzma. Concerning 4.13a, this is the
 same version (the contents of the archives are the same), and this is in
 fact really 4.13 (not 4.13a) that is declared in both archives. Using
 4.13a will add confusion and an unnecessary rebuild.
