 xmgrace works fine for me on Leopard. Did you install macports into a non-
 standard directory? if so, what is it? I have libjpeg.62.dylib at:

 {{{
 /opt/local/lib/libjpeg.62.dylib
 }}}

 Also, what does the following command return:

 {{{
 port installed grace jpeg
 }}}
