Old description:

> The attached patch adds livechecks for all octave-* packages, and should

New description:

 The octave-* packages are all outdated and unable to perform livechecks.

 They need to be updated using the scripts initially developed by Andrea
 D'Amore, and livecheck support needs to be added to these.
