 It would be useful to have GStreamer devel portfiles, it should not be
 painful to do, GStreamer uses configure + make install commands to build.

 GStreamer has 4 packages: gstreamer, gst-plugins-base, gst-plugins-good,
 gst-plugins-bad and gst-plugins-ugly.
