 Attached is a patch to py25-recaptcha to update it to v1.0.3 and add a
 livecheck. It also changes the homepage to point to the python packages
 homepage instead of the recaptcha homepage as that is more relevant when
 using the python package or searching for information on it. The new
 homepage also points back directly to the recaptcha page.
