 tcsh% port install texlive
 Error: Unable to execute port: invalid command name "use_lzma"
 tcsh% port -v
 MacPorts 1.700

 This very same error is reported in ticket #16788, and that is marked as
 resolved in r42865.  However MacPorts 1.700 is (I think) revision 45390
 (browsing the SVN shows this), so this fix does not work.  And it's not at
 all obvious why just adding a line in the options definition in
 portfetch.tcl would completely resolve this.


 Ticket #16788 reports the same problem.
