New description:

 I googled around and found out that CXXFLAGS=-Wno-deprecated would solve

 configure script exiting. However, once I try to compile the compiler
 compalins about -Wno-deprecated
 being for C++ and ObjC++ only and it exits on error.  Below find tail for
