 The esdl port (Portfile and files/patch-Makefile) use a variable called
 DPORTSDIR. DP seems to be an abbreviation for !DarwinPorts, and since the
 project has been called MacPorts for some time, this should be changed.
 Perhaps the patchfile can make the Makefile use the standard DESTDIR
 variable, and then the destroot.destdir line in the Portfile can be
 removed.
