 I haven't fully tested this yet, as it takes so long to compile.

 Based on the reading I have tried to do, the way to add a patch to
 darwinports is to:
 Save this to
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/x11/wine/files/

 And add the line "patchfiles mulfix.patch" to the Portfile one level
 above.
