 The +gui variant in graphviz and graphviz-devel should be changed to print
 a non-fatal message stating the user must install the graphviz-gui or
 graphviz-oldgui ports instead. The description of the variant should be
 changed to say it is obsolete.

 Requires resolution of #18175 (graphviz-oldgui) and #18176 (graphviz-gui).
