 New port graphviz-oldgui created in r45914.

 Filed #18176 for the creation of the new port graphviz-gui.

 Filed #18177 for changing the +gui variant of graphviz and graphviz-devel
 to refer the user to these other ports instead of pulling in the old GUI
 themselves.
