 I found this http://trac.macports.org/changeset/41445  and changed the
 portfile of this to try to see if I could get it to compile and changing
 the line --             configure.cc            "cc -no-cpp-precomp"
 to --   configure.cc            "cc -no-cpp-precomp -I${prefix}/include"

 It compiled on my machine with no problems.  I had the exact same error as
 above.  I did not know how to submit a patch, but wanted to submit a work
 around.
