 Updating the portfile to PHP5.3.0beta1 is a matter of updating version and
 checksum, aside from two unknown configuration options

 --with-xml[[BR]]
 --with-mime-magic

 and the needed removal of the DNS/bind patch which no longer applies (and
 seems to be no longer needed as there have been fixes to PHP in that
 respect).
