 Some external (non perl) plugins, like rst and proxy.py, are included in
 the upstream tarball and should be installed into
 $installDir/lib/ikiwiki/plugins.  But they are not available in macports.

 Also, the ikiwiki port doesn't depends on RPC::XML.   Thus the ikiwiki
 port cannot use external plugins even when installing external plugins
 manually.
