 Jyrki updated php5-devel to 5.3.0beta1 and updated the bind9 patch in
 r46187, then changed the port in r46188 to no longer use the patch.

 I had hoped to wait for a response from Daniel before making any decisions
 regarding the patch. Whatever decision we make, though, should be the same
 for php5 as it is for php5-devel.
