#18297: gsed: use muniversal portgroup and build only for i386 ppc due to 64-bit
issues

Building a 4-way universal of gsed caused
 [http://lists.macosforge.org/pipermail/macports-
dev/2009-January/007057.html all sorts of weird crashes] for me when
compiling other programs, so I recommend gsed be switched to the
muniversal portgroup so that the port can indicate that it only supports
i386 and ppc architectures. When this change is made, the revision should
be increased so that anyone who already had it installed as a 4-way (or a
2-way 32-bit/64-bit) universal will know they should rebuild. Upstream
should be informed of the problem too.
