New description:

 After running:

 --->  Verifying checksum(s) for transmission
 --->  Extracting transmission
 --->  Configuring transmission
 --->  Building transmission
 --->  Staging transmission into destroot
 --->  Installing transmission @1.06_0
 --->  Activating transmission @1.06_0
 --->  Cleaning transmission
 }}}

 I do not see Transmission.app in /Applications/MacPorts, I see only the 2
 files:

 libnatpmp.a
 libminiupnp.a
 }}}

 What happened to the app?

 This has only happened with transmission 1.06, not with any other aqua
 apps that Ivve encountered.
