 I'm afraid that this looks more like an issue for the upstream libtool
 maintainers, or, more likely, the upstream qt3-mac maintainers; either
 way, I don't think I have the knowledge to fix it.  A Google search using
 the terms "libtool" and "framework" returns the following mailing list
 threads, which you might like to bring to the attention of whomever you
 write to upstream:
