 What is the actual Xcode version you have?  Yes, Apple hasn't updated it
 in some time, but do make sure you have 2.5.  You can check by doing a Get
 Info in Finder on Xcode.app (in /Developer/Applications) or by simply
 launching it and checking Xcode->About Xcode.
