New description:

 expect-5.43.0

 I submitted a patch to Tcl to install all the Tcl header files.
 http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?
 id=3777.  Now expect does not need to download Tcl all over again just to
 link against Tcl.

 The following patch fixes the expect port to be more efficient.
