 Patch for caml-sqlite3 modified in the following ways:
  - revision unnecessary in the Portfile
  - a newer version of caml-sqlite3 has been released in the meantime,
 jumping ahead to 1.5.1 stable
  - one of the patch hunks is now incorporated upstream.  dropping that
 hunk.

 Committed in r53823.
