 I found the version of tailor in the tree (when I used it anyway) was
 completely broken with the newer version of Mercurial (>1.1), and the
 patch in my tree fixes it.  I'm not at all sure if its the right patch and
 I didnt include it in the original bug report for submission (I just stuck
 it in my tree for completeness).
