Comment:

 I will probably remove it unless fetching is straightened out upstream.
 When ghc moved the core development to git, it was necessary use both git
 and darcs to fetch the compiler and core libraries.  This was unworkable.

 ghc is may be moving back to darcs, which would make resuscitation of ghc-
 devel possible.
