 hgsvn has been updated to 0.1.7 which importantly includes the 'hgpushsvn'
 command which pushes changes from Mercurial to the Subversion repository.

 I can't seem to get the 'py-hgsvn' port working against Python2.4 either
 in 0.1.7 or 0.1.6 version of the port, but as a bonus I have a working
 version of py26-hgsvn.
