 Using the script mentioned in UsingTheRightCompiler I see imake uses "cpp"
 instead of what we pass as ${configure.cpp}. Seems to be the same deal as
 the xorg-* ports which use the environment variable RAWCPP instead of CPP.
 The attached patch fixes it.
