Comment:

 That variant is 'unsupported'

 It attempts to build with '/opt/apache2/bin/apxs' as that is where Apple
 shipped an apache2 in the past on Mac OS X Server.

 If that's no longer where Apple ships apache2, I'm mostly just inclined to
 remove the variant.
