New description:

 I believe the gnat-gcc Portfile has a syntax error in variant sections. It
 has a line like the following:

 {{{
 set bootprefix=/path/to/somewhere
 }}}

 which I think should be

 {{{
 set bootprefix /path/to/somewhere
 }}}

 according to Tcl syntax.

 Attached is the fixed Portfile.
