Comment:

 I removed the MacPorts mirror in r51638 because MacPorts as of 1.7 adds
 this automatically.

 We could change the port to check out mkcatalog.in from the FreeBSD ports
 CVS repository, which seems to be where the original came from.

 Or we could take the distfile mij made and check it in to the MacPorts
 repository's distfiles section to preserve it. I think this option would
 be easier and better.
