 At some point SL will be released and then you'll need to fix the problem
 in a hurry. Wouldn't you prefer to hear about them and fix them in
 advance?

 If you have access to Snow Leopard at the moment you and others are bound
 to a NDA. I don't know the exact terms as I did not sign it. But
 discussing SL in public could be a problem for the reporters as they could
 (accidentally) disclose confidential information.
