 Ah. I see the issue; when you saved the patchfile, the whitespace got
 munged. Believe it or not, patch is very finicky about how it matches, so
 that caused it to fail to match the surrounding lines and so to reject the
 patch.

 I've attached the patchfile in pristine condition. Please download that,
 save it over the file/patch-acincludes.m4.diff you've currently got, and
 try once more. Should do nicely this time.
