Comment:

 Added in r52756, thanks, with a few changes:
  - set maintainer to nomaintainer since we don't know how webthing feels
 about being maintainer
  - switched to the versioned tarball (mod_proxy_html-3.0.1.tar.bz2) to
 avoid future checksum issues
  - used worksrcdir instead of distfiles/distname stuff to simplify
  - used a couple of xinstall calls instead of the system mkdir ones
