 Dru Nelson requested by email the ability to use cdb with php's dba
 feature. php5 uses "--enable-dba" but not "--with-cdb" which would be
 required to meet this need. A separate php5-dba port should be created for
 this. See #19091 and http://php.net/manual/en/dba.installation.php
