 This bug is back in kdepim4-4.2.4.  The current Portfile has the patches
 added by illogic-al in r46678 (above) commented out.

 I first edited the Portfile and re-enabled both patches.

 The first patch, for kleopatra, no longer applies cleanly. I didn't look
 into why as the port built without it.

 The second patch, for kresources, does apply cleanly, and appears
 necessary for the port to build.
