 Bradley Giesbrecht [http://lists.macosforge.org/pipermail/macports-
 users/2009-June/015728.html requested] a new variant +ming be added to the
 php5 port. Since we're [ticket:19091 trying to convert php5's variants
 into separate ports], I would rather try to make this a new php5-ming
 port.
