 Here is an patch for fish to update it to version 1.23.1.

 I took a
 [http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/fink/dists/10.4/stable/main/finkinfo/shells/fish.patch?revision=1.1&view=markup
 patch from fink] since the old one did not apply anymore. That requires
 `use_autoconf yes`, since the mechanism in configure which is
 automatically running autoconf does strange things breaking the build.
