 Hooray! They've been working on 5.3.0 a long time. Glad it's final now.

 The attached diff seems to be mostly the difference between php5 and
 php5-devel. While I will need to adopt changes from php5-devel into php5,
 the master_sites and livecheck changes should not be adopted by php5. I
 also want to deal with the fastcgi issue (fastcgi is now always built; we
 don't need to configure and build a second time) and the sockets variant
 issue (the sockets feature was moved to pecl) in php5-devel before
 updating php5 to 5.3.0 and adopting these changes.
