Comment:

 My apologies for having let this ticket sit for so long.

 It turns out there are two completely separate and unrelated projects
 called "rtf2html". This port was for version 1.1beta of the rtf2html
 developed by Chuck Shotton and updated by Dmitry Porapov in 1999. The
 patch changed the port to version 0.2.0 of the rtf2html developed by
 Valentin Lavrinenko on SourceForge from 2003 to 2007.

 In r47590 I updated only the master_sites to a location that still has the
 original distfile. This will also get the distfile onto our distfile
 mirrors. I'll try out both rtf2html packages and see which one works
 better. I presume it'll be the newer one; if so, I'll switch the port to
 that one.
