 The portaudio port used to build in parallel with 3 jobs (by using
 "`-j3`") regardless of whether the user wanted that. As of the update to
 version 19.20071207 in #14362, the port now does not build in parallel,
 regardless of whether the user wants that.

 The attached patch enables the parallel build if the user has requested it
 in macports.conf. I'll be happy to commit this for you if you have no
 objections. I tested it on a MacBook Pro with build_make_jobs set to 3 and
 it worked fine.
