 MacPorts is fully updated. I run XCode 3.1 and there is nothing in
 /usr/local and /sw does not exists. I also looked for plugin.h files in
 the suggested folders below, they also don't exists. I also tried to cean
 with port clean qt4-mac and install again. No success.
 I am running 10.5.6
